You can combine all these test reports in one place. It gives you an excellent overview of your patients’ health data. Once your patients retest, they can see how they improve their health after following the recommendations. If you can test it, you can upload it to Healthmatters. If labs can analyze it, we can support it. If you do not see the biomarker you are interested in, we can always add it to our database; just let us know. Anything analyzed from blood, urine, saliva, or stool can be uploaded, understood, and tracked with our Healthmatters Professional accounts.

Currently, we do not support DNA test reports. But we are working on it. We will give an update once it is life.

We support different reference ranges; mostly, we display ranges that the laboratories provide. As we work with many labs, you can find lab-specific ranges. Some biomarkers have standard ranges. Other ranges depend on age, gender, and various other factors. We support the US, and SI (=International) ranges for most of our biomarkers. SI stands for Système International d'Unités (SI units), a metric system used in many parts of the world.

Note, if you see that one of our ranges is different from what you would like to see, just let us know, and we will adjust it for you or a specific patient of yours. Note, if you see that one of our ranges is different from what you would like to see, just let us know, and we will adjust it for you or a specific patient of yours. To learn more about ranges, please refer to the list of biomarkers and ranges.

Biomarkers in our database have multiple units. The built-in unit converter helps keep track of biomarkers even if they come from different labs or countries. The software does the conversion of units automatically for you.

We designed multiple ways and views to navigate your lab test data. Whether you have a single lab report you want to understand quickly or a large amount of testing data you want to study thoroughly, we have a solution that fits your needs.

View data in Graph View.

We can display over 40 data points on each biomarker graph. Combining years of results gives you great feedback to understand the trends and ultimately make better decisions. Data visualization reveals trends and makes it easy to compare and understand the changes or effectiveness of previous actions. Even if your test results come from different laboratories, we'll do our best to combine them into one timeline. A search function and multiple filters make navigating extensive data accessible. It's easy to filter and sort results by critical, optimal, or medium ranges; you can quickly view what needs your attention.

View data in the All Tests view.

Understand your test report in minutes. View neatly organized reports on a timeline. Quickly view information like dates, critical results, and lab or panel names. You can open each report to find in-depth descriptions and additional recommendations for each biomarker. The history of previous results is only a click away. You can download your report, which includes in-depth information and the history of results. All information is color-coded and easy to read, understand and navigate.

View data in Table View.

The table view is excellent for viewing the history of all biomarkers side by side. Results are displayed in a table, sorted into categories and dates. It is an incredible way to view data if you have a significant test history with many biomarkers. Sorting, filters, and color-coding will provide extra tools when analyzing results.

Please watch a short demo video that explains how you can upload or enter your results to the Healthmatters dashboard.

There are two ways to upload test reports into your Healthmatters account. One way is to manually enter the data using the data entry form. We strive to make the data entry process easy for you. Whether by offering dozens of templates to choose from that pre-populate the most popular laboratory panels or by giving you instant feedback on the entered values. Our data entry forms are an easy, fast, and convenient way to enter the reports yourself. There is no limit on how many lab reports you can enter.

We also provide our “Data entry service” if you need help entering your data. This is a convenient way to get your results into your account. Simply attach an image or a file of your lab test results, and our qualified data entry team member will add the results for you. We support all sorts of files, whether PDFs, JPGs, or Excel. This service is excellent whether you have a lot of reports to upload or are too busy to do the data entry yourself.

You can give your clients access to their own private dashboards. Once you invite them, they will see their results, and the reports provided by Healthmatters, as well as your custom recommendations in the “Note” field. This way, they can learn in-depth about what their tests mean, and when retesting, they can track their progress.

If you want to give your clients access to their results, click the "Invite" button from the dashboard. Make sure to provide the correct email address in your client's profile. Once you click the "Invite" button, they will receive an email invitation to log in, create a password, and view their results. They will be able to view reports on the Graph, Test, and Table view.

If you do not want to invite your patient to the view dashboard, simply do not invite them. By default you clients are not invited.

Please watch this short demo video that explains how to sign up and create your first client.
